Riad Sidi Ayoub is a former palace having belonged to
a Lord of the 17th century located right in the heart
of the Medina, in one of the most historical quarters
of Marrakech and only 50m from the Sidi Ayoub square
which easily accessible by taxi, this Riad has been
completely renovated and decorated with traditional
Moroccan style. During the summer period guests can
enjoy the traditional basin (pool) with Jacuzzi jets
located in the patio. On the roof top terrace guests
can also enjoy amazing views over historical Marrakech,
and the surrounding summits of the Atlas Mountains,
the Koutoubia and the Grand Palmeraie. |

The riad is located in the heart of the Medina of Marrakech close to the Sidi Ayoub square. This strategic locations enables you to join the Jemaa el Fna square and the souks in a few minutes. The guesthouse is also easy to access by car.

Built in 1685-1686, the palace was a home a 17th century nobleman. Riad Sidi Ayoub has been completly refurbished to fit confort and safety international standards. The five rooms and two suites of this guesthouse are all decorated with taste and respect for Marrakesh architectual tradition. They all have a private bathroom and a small living room.

The superb interior courtyard of Riad Sidi Ayoub is one of the five fabulous places for relaxation offered by this splendid luxury guesthouse. As tradition demands, the patio has a central fountain whose gentle splashing adds to the relaxing atmosphere as you take your meals.
The interior patio of Riad Sidi Ayoub, and the widely spaced dining table – all far enough apart to ensure peace and intimacy for each of our guests. The pretty greenery in this courtyard creates natural and sweet-smelling screens between the tables.
Our respect for the beautiful proportions of our guesthouse, the chic, understated décor and the little cutting-edge details contribute to the bewitching atmosphere of this traditional luxury guesthouse.
The different rooms are decorated in pure good taste designed to reflect our vision of a Moroccan traditional style. The outstanding quality of the light of Marrakesh and the aspect of certain rooms confer a very special charm on Riad Sidi Ayoub.
In common with all the rooms in the riad, the Royal Suite is air-conditioned or heated according to the season.
Tradition, proportions and modernity are the cornerstones of your hosts approach to interior decoration.
Moroccan ceramics and tadelakt are included to create a traditional atmosphere in the pretty bathrooms – traditional in style, but equipped with European standard luxury fixtures and fittings.

The Jacuzzi pool and our hydro-massages are an irresistible temptation during the hottest parts of the day.
As is the custom in Morocco, the staff at Riad Sidi Ayoub will welcome you to the guesthouse over a traditional glass of mint tea.
Breakfast is served on the patio, on the roof terrace, in the Moroccan lounge as is traditional, or in your room, as you wish.
You can decide to have lunch or dinner in the riad. The staff will help you choose a menu made up of traditional dishes created from the freshest local produce. If you want to eat in the riad, please remember to order your pastilla, tajine or homemade couscous before nine o’clock in the morning.

From the terrasse of riad Sidi Ayoub you can enjoy a fabulous view. The Atlas mountains, the Koutoubia mosque minaret or even the Palmeraie (Date grove) are all visible from this guesthouse. The patio is equiped with a jacuzzi bath. The team of riad Sidi Ayoub will also arrange you a hammam or a traditional morrocan massage.
